Dana has worked in real estate since 1996 and she has been licensed Property Manager since the age of 18. For almost 10 years she was employed by large real estate companies across Perth to fix up their rental portfolios, implement new systems and procedures and employ & train new staff. She loved the challenge of it but it meant her clients would change managing agents each time she was approached by another real estate to fix up their business.

In 2007 she obtained her Real Estate Triennial License and opened her own real estate business which covers the entire Perth Metro area.
Dana is extremely organised and runs a tight ship which is required in the world of successful Property Management.

Many of Dana’s clients have had their properties managed by Dana for over 20 years, Dana likes to secure low risk long term tenants where possible to assist in keeping clients cost down and this also assists with reducing wear and tear on the property.
